Privacy policy
In short: the site creates no accounts and does not profile visitors itself, and the values you type into the calculators go nowhere. It does show Google ads, and those use cookies — below is which ones and how to turn them off.
Who processes the data
The data controller is the owner of spawacz.waw.pl. For anything to do with data processing, write through the contact form.

The calculators
Every calculation runs in your browser. The values you type are not sent to the server and are not stored anywhere. If you use the share button, the values go into the page address — and then whoever you send the link to can see them, because the link itself carries them.
Cookies and local storage
The site writes no cookies of its own: there is no login, no basket, nothing that would need you recognised between visits. The browser’s local storage is used by the offline mechanism, so that pages you have already opened keep working without a connection. That data stays on your device and is cleared from the browser settings.
The ad network, on the other hand, does write cookies — see below.
Advertising
The site shows Google AdSense ads — they pay for the hosting and the domain. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. Neither I nor Google tie that data to anything you type into the calculators: those values never leave the browser.
Personalised advertising can be switched off in Google’s ad settings — ads stay, but stop being picked for you. A single opt-out covering many networks at once is at optout.aboutads.info. Google’s own rules are in the Google advertising policy.
Visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom see a consent window before the first ad; the choice can be changed later.
Who the data goes to
What you send through the form reaches the site owner by e-mail and/or through Telegram. The processors are therefore the site’s host, the mail provider and Telegram FZ-LLC. Separately, and only to the extent described above, data about ad impressions goes to Google Ireland Limited. Nobody else receives the data, and it is not sold.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object to it, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time — including consent to advertising — and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw; people in other countries may go to the authority where they live.
Children
The site is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If such data has reached the form, write in — it will be deleted.
