Welder’s log

Log your shifts — hours, metres of weld, joints, consumables — and see what you have earned this week, this month and on each job. Pay by the hour, by the day, per metre or per joint. Everything stays in this browser.

How it works

A shift’s pay = rate × hours, × metres of weld, × joints, or just the shift rate — whichever pay method the entry has. Method and rate are stored in the shift itself, so a pay rise does not rewrite past weeks.

Weeks run Monday to Sunday (ISO 8601). The by-job breakdown adds up hours, metres and pay for each customer in the chosen period — handy for checking a timesheet or writing an invoice.

Entries are kept only in this browser and are not sent anywhere. To keep the log safe when the browser is cleared, or to move it to another phone, save a backup file.
